The property has 70 feet of private lake frontage on Palmer Lake which is a 450 acre, all sports lake perfect for boating, swimming, using the water trampoline, fishing, jetskiing, water skiing, or just lounging on a raft.

Private dock for your boat – WORLD CLASS FISHING! 9.5 foot water trampoline/raft, rowboat, outdoor games to include badminton, bocce ball, croquet, and horseshoes, large yard with grass lawn, enclosed/screened porch, large outdoor deck with outdoor patio furniture and grill, public sand beach nearby.
